RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At CASMERA, customer satisfaction is important to us.

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers may return products within 14 calendar days from receiving their order without providing a reason.

  1. RETURN CONDITIONS

Products must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Include all accessories and documentation

  1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings may not be eligible for return if the seal has been broken or the product has been worn, where permitted by applicable law.

  1. RETURN PROCESS

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Product(s) being returned

  • Reason for return (optional)

  1. REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting returned items.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  1. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  1. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
